What you will do

  • Development of a general marketing strategy for the company to achieve business goals;
  • Inbound leads generation strategy development Developing a branding strategy, defining values and brand positioning, maintaining a consistent and recognizable style of communication and design;
  • Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies such as contextual advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing and other tools to attract customers and increase the company’s visibility in the online environment;
  • Analysis of the target audience, competitors, market trends, determination of optimal promotion and communication channels;
  • Analyze the results of marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics tools;
  • Assessing the effectiveness of strategies;
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to adapt marketing strategies;
  • Close collaboration with other departments of the company such as sales, product development and PR;
  • Working on joint projects to achieve common goals;
  • Daily management of a marketing team (20 people): setting global and local goals, managing motivation, mentoring and development.
