What you will do
- Lead RFP processing end to end: own the business analysis behind the proposal — clarify requirements, uncover the real business drivers behind the request, and shape the solution concept – then orchestrate input from the Architecture unit, engineering teams, and DevOps, UI/UX into a single coherent end-to-end solution
- Run discovery sessions and requirement clarification calls with clients, acting as the primary counterpart and proposing optimal approaches
- Define product vision, scope, architecture direction, and high-level development roadmap
- Create prototypes and validate technical approaches when needed
- Prepare estimation packages, including WBS, solution component diagrams, and workload estimates
- Participate in remote and onsite proposal presentations, acting as a trusted technical advisor and explaining technical trade-offs clearly to business stakeholders
- Ensure smooth transition of won projects to Delivery teams at the kickoff stage
- Research and analyze domain-specific technologies, platforms, and product ecosystems
- Contribute domain expertise to presales and marketing materials (solution briefs, case studies, presentations), and build reusable presales artifacts, a domain knowledge base, and a best-practices repository
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery teams to build competitive and scalable solution strategies
- Improve presales approaches and challenge existing ways of working
