What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Maintain Jira boards, workflows and sprint configuration so delivery status stays accurate and transparent
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues; maintain RAID logs and action items
- Identify impediments, coordinate their resolution and escalate when needed
- Coordinate work across technical leads, QE, developers, external consultants and offshore resources
- Prepare concise status reports and leadership readouts covering progress, risks and decisions required
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination between business and technology stakeholders
- Support cross-team initiatives as the scope grows
