What you will do
- Lead the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasting cycles.
- Coordinate collection, consolidation and validation of budgets from all business units.
- Perform plan‑vs‑actual analysis, identify key variances and prepare recommendations for management.
- Develop financial models, conduct scenario analysis and assess the impact of business initiatives.
- Prepare management reports, analytical materials and presentations for top management.
- Analyse financial and operational KPIs, identify efficiency drivers and growth opportunities.
- Develop and automate financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
- Act as a financial business partner for functional leaders, supporting strategic and operational decisions.
